wtb: pre ban lower from a rifle or possibly a pre ban rifle

i live in ny and im dying to get my hands on a pre-ban lower receiver from a complete rifle.

i have a browning bps in the ffl for sale up thats mint and accepts up to 3 1/2" shells. also i have an armalite or lmt/lauer stripped lower that ill put towards it.

what are preban lowers/rifles going for these days in ban states? i have a preban colt match h-bar rifle...

What I did was send two of my pre-ban lowers to NY and the buyers just purchased me a new lower of my choice and had it shipped to my FFL.
We shopped around and found the best price then placed the order.
