Something in high capacity, black stainless, some kind of night optics, and light.

The closest you can get as far as I know is a STI Perfect 10. I think you could have them put night sights on it though I don't know for sure.
If that doesnt't float your boat I think you are talking a custom build. I have a similar EGW custom but it is a single stack frame.

Yes, the STI piece was built around their high-power race guns. I think the double stack holds 19 rounds.

The witness p-carry has a rail and high cap.
I read somewhere the some of the pistols in the steel line were going to get a rail too, but I haven't seen any.
