I have some norinco yellow box dark lacaur case i want to know if they are steel core how can i tell or can i without pulling a bullet

Whats the head stamp?
All of it will attract a magnet as it is steel jacket/copper washed, some head stamps have been verified as SC.
Easiest way is pulling a bullet
