I'm in the process of resizing/depriming/swageing/trimming/polishing about 10k right now, come on down south for a day or 2 and use my 550 til I get all my brass ready. We got a bunch of "pasture poodles" too.

If I go to TN, I will never leave. I have been threatening to move there for a few years now.
But what I could do is to send you an additional couple thousand cases of mine and that will give me a chance to sit in a treestand.

How do like your 550? I am looking at them and the 650 as well.
I also like the Hornady press as well but everyone is telling me that a Dillon is the way to go.

The 550 is the best reloading investment I've ever made. When loading 223, I do all the case prep, resize/decap, trim, tumble then clean flash holes before priming,charging and seating bullet in the Dillon. I have an old RCBS press that I have set up with a Dillon power trimmer, resizing/decapping in a RCBS Rockchucker Supreme. The 550 really shines with carbide dies doing handgun loads. Larger, easy to handle calibers are very easy/quick reloading, like 100 rnds in 15 minutes and they're just as accurate/consistent as if single stage loaded. The Dillon people are great too. They have a "No BS" warranty policy on everything they make.

I like the idea of the warranty. So far everything I have ever read on Dillons products was top notch. The few folks that did have a problem got it handled in short order. I prefer to do business with a company thats stands behind their product and handles things promptly.
When my Uncle first told he that he could crank out a couple few hundred rounds in an hour on his 550 I about shat. When he showed me how it's set up and what it does I found it very interesting and started looking into which one I am going to buy when the time is right for me to do so. I like the Dillon 550 and 650 among others as well, I am still researching this purchase.
And I did mean what a said about Tennesee. I helped my sister move to and from that state and it was all I could do to leave. The water is clear, fishing, hunting,camping, good Lord I don't want to get started on that!

Yeah, we're blessed here in TENNESSEE, I was born and half raised here, never lived anywhere else, don't want to We're loaded with deer and turkey here, I can fill my tags and not leave my yard but that wouldn't be any fun/challenge.

I would love to walk out back and be hunting. I have to drive an hour and a half to be into some good,truely good, hunting and fishing from where I live in the NE corner.
I can kill a couple of deer around this area but it would take me all season long. The place I drive down to I have killed deer with a bow and gun in less than a half hour from leaving my vehicle. I prefer to roam those hills instead of the ones around here, higher density numbers of animals demographicly.
I saw deer everywhere in TN. When we moved my sister we drove from Mesa AZ to Brushcreek TN in 2 days. Driving 1800 miles in 2 days absolutely sucked. It felt like my right foot was stuck in the acelerated postion for a week. Anyway, I could count on one hand the number of deer, elk whatever, from AZ until the TN state line. As the sun was setting in TN we counted over 70 deer and tons of turkey and that was only watching off of one side of the highway.

I can't believe anybody outside of TN has ever heard of Brushcreek, my mother was born there in the house where the telephone switchboard was, my grandmother and great aunt were the operators. Small world I guess. Yeah, you were hammerin down to make that trip in 2 days. I'm down close to the Alabama state line in Giles Co. just off I-65, we're usually #1 or 2 every year in total deer harvest. It's not unusual to have 50 in my hayfield in the afternoons this time of year. Easy pickins for freezer meat, trophy huntin is much tougher. My oldest son got an 11 pointer opening day gun season last year, scored 153 B&C and field dressed 158# on our place. Pretty heavy deer for down south.

The 550 is easier to change calibers on than the 650, but the 650 is faster with auto indexing. I bought a 550 since I load for multiple calibers.

For bulk pistol rounds I use the 550. But for precision accuracy in rifle I like the extra "feel" I get from my old Rockchucker.

That is what I have been hearing as well. I am going to need something along the lines of the 550 to crank out plinking rounds and for anything out to 600 yds.
I load way too dang many calibers as well.

Thats more than I am doing currently but by the time it's all said and done with I will be close. Right now I am doing 8, all rifle. When I get some extra money I am considering doing shotgun as well, 12, 20, and .410. The .410 kills me, my youngest son and daughter both still shoot them and the price they charge for a box of shells is insane! But me trying to explain to the wife that by ME spending money on these items right now will save US money in the long run isnt cutting it. I knew better than to marry a smart woman, at leat one thats smarter then my anyways.

Getting together sounds like fun, too bad we live in opposite corners of the state. Heck, I still like shooting .410's. The reduced payload and extra challenge appeal to me. When you get to that point, MEC makes some pretty descent .410 presses. The MEC Jr. would probably be pretty affordable. The Jr. in 12 ga. I use is easily 25-30 years old and still going strong.
