Im interested in this cool conversion and would like to see how they turn out.

New barrel? Rebore and re rifle orig barrel?

It is a re bore and re rifle job, I had my done by Dave Clements of Clements custom guns. The grips are Jim Badger boot grips. Dave outsources the rebore and re rifle job, so that is what eats up the time, mine took a little over a year.

I'd love to see one of these with a 7 1/2" barrel! That would be a HOT piece of ordnance!

I'm real close to selling my Terry Tussy 6" Caspian 6mm 1911 and haveing dave covert my Ruger Black Hawk to 10 mm.
