I have an IOR 4x24 M2 optic w/ the CQB reticle on the way, and I'm wondering what mount I need. QD rings w/ risers? I want to clear my BUIS. Perhaps a LaRue Tactical mount? If so, is the SPR/EER extended eye relief version necessary, or would the slightly cheaper regular SPR be better? I'm inexperienced with magnifying optics, having been primary iron sight and Aimpoint/EOTech oriented up to this point.

I owned one of those IORs you have. I thought the glass was nice but couldn't stand the short eye-relief.

This was probably two years ago, they may have corrected that problem.

I have had good luck with the A.R.M.S. # 22's QD rings w/spacers. You can find them used with 1" reducers under 90.00 (on ARfcoms EE) now and then. You just have to figure which height you need, probably High....

Good luck and post pics when you get a chance beer.gif ....

But then I got my Addax Gas piston AR. Sure I still have to keep a few small replacement parts, but I'll let you kick me in the balls for every malfunction I have with my Addax GPU, thats how reliable it is!

So far we are at, hold on, let me check..... ZERO!
