Well, I got my DDXV the other day and my girl tells me she was going to buy me some stuff for the AR. She gave me a $1200 limit, though.
I have already got the Vltor CASV-EL Handguard ordered and a TangoDown VFG.
I'm thinking of:
Noveske Barrel Stark Equipment Grip Bravo Company BCG Vltor Carbine Modstock Aimpoint ML3 with Larue QD Mount and a few PMAGs
If anyone has anything to submit lmk, I'm open for suggestions.

Id stick with the DD barrel, they are good ones.
Id also get a new flash hider, a good rear flip up sight, and make sure you get the right mount for the ML3 on the CASV-EL. Then you could look into a good light too.
And Id look into a MAGPUL MIAD for the grip, but thats just me.

SAS suppressor with flash hider. And you will still have some $$ left over for PMAGS and some ammo to enjoy your new quieter AR!!

Noveske Barrel Do not need that the DD Barrel is just as good. Stark Equipment Grip I would go Tango Down or ErgoBravo Company BCG Good choice, M16 BCGVltor Carbine Modstock LMT SOPMOD is much much betterAimpoint ML3 with Larue QD Mount That should be a good combo.and a few PMAGs Pmags are descent, but I prefer the GI MagsSAS Silencer could also be purchsed with the savings

noveske barrel- no, keep the dd one, buy ammo instead grip- whatever fits your hand, my hand likes ergo grips Bravo BCG- no, keep the dd one, buy ammo instead stock- whatever you like the best, the magpul ctr is my favorite optic- aimpoint with a larue mount is a very good choice. I personally favor 1-4 scopes though. The millet dms1 and a larue mount will run you less then your aimpoint combo pmags- yes

You dont need to replace the DD one.

QUOTE (KY Fal Guy @ November 3rd 2009 4:15 PM) Does she have a sister? Divorced Aunt or Mom? Even us old folks like a woman who will buy them guns! Lot's of people have suggested ideas that will save you money already freeing up a lot of cash. You already have a lot of good stuff on your current rig that will do solid duty. So definitely consider using the savings on smaller tweaks that really make a difference. Anti-walk pins, premium trigger, flatwire buffer spring, coating the BCG and bore, PWS flash hider or compensator, winter trigger guard, etc. It's these little features that really transform your weapon. Even doing these things to a mid grade factory gun will make a notable difference in performance, so imagine what they will do for a premium build. It's real easy to get lost in all the big components in a new build that you pass this little stuff by. A few hundred spent this way will will certainly give you more performance than a couple hundred spent upgrading one major component. And if you still have cash left over then buy more ammo!

Thanks guys for all the help. It is greatly appreciated. (Also on a side note : She has 5 sisters from ages 23-28 ) What I have decided on so far: Magpul MIAD Grip Sending my bolt to Amelon for Microslick Winter Trigger Guard Aimpoint ML3 with LaRue Tactical Comp M2 RAS II Mount QD LT-152 (Thanks Ithaqua) Still debating on the Vltor and the LMT Sopmod Stock and the YHM Flash Suppressor Got a question about the SAS Suppressor, Is there any big difference in the M-455 and the M-47? The girl said if I wanted some extra money for things that is fine, she just wants me to get her an Eotech 552 for the rifle I built her lol.

I've been looking at those for a while, and just now ordered one lol.
Got a quick question, I'm now looking at the adx tactical full-auto BCG and the semi-auto BCG. I don't know much about the differences in the 2, but everyone I talk to sais the full auto BCG is much better, any truth to this?

Only difference with out the F/A M16 parts is weight. Which will reduce the rate of fire on full auto, or maybe if you are bump firing.
Id stick with what you already have though. That way you dont need to worry about checking the head spacing. Only reason Id get a new BCG for a new rifle would be if I was getting a chrome one.

The BCG and barrel would be my last priority. You already have one of both that works fine.
