You forgot something in your title, it should read "Off duty cop kills armed kidnapper in elevator"
The guy had a gun, he followed a woman w/ a 3 year old into their elevator and attacked her. Probably figured on kidnapping and raping her and the baby. Wife screams, cop-husban comes to the rescue. Piece of shit skell got a lethal dose of 124 grain Gold Dot lead poisoning. Good shoot on the cops part. Sucks that his wife and daughter had to witness him putting down the animal.

Yep. Stupidity will get you shot. Drop your gun when a police officer is pointing his at you yelling "Police etc..."

How can you turn a positive story of a Police Officer defending his family into a negative? Get a life.
