I'm getting my first AR next week, and I was wondering where people shoot at? indoor/outdoor range? Any huge areas out in the middle of no where?

Thanks!

Well, there's Wade's in Bellevue but you have to be a member and it's expensive. Otherwise, Black Diamond or Renton Gun Club. RGC is a one bullet at a time range though but they go to 300 yards I believe. There's one out by Snoqualmie Falls too but there lease is coming up and they are having to move. So, I've hesitated joining until I found out where their new location will be. There's also a pretty lame range in Bothell/Kenmore.

Other than that I am also looking for a decent 100-200 or so yards range for rifles and doesn't charge a fortune.

The Kenmore gun range is something like a $200 startup fee and 75 a year. If you're a member you can use a 300 yrd range (pretty sure it's 300)
