Won't fit.. maybe the barrel is missing the extension and someone missed it??
I want PIC's..
I've had somewhat tight fitment on builds.. nothing a drop or oil usually won't fix..
Sometimes the insert angle is bad.. (joke here)..
Make sure they check the feed-ramps for you too..

Last resort is the freeze the barrel and heat the upper, this aids on really tight fits.

That trick works on AK's, but I would never heat the upper. You got a brass pair.Last resort is the freeze the barrel and heat the upper, this aids on really tight fits.
When I do barrel installs a tight fit is great, but as was said any small nicks or a touch thick on the park can cause a bit of trouble. Grease the barrel before you slide it into the receiver first off. the receiver wasn't damaged when the last barrel was pulled I assume. You are dealing with somewhat tight tolerances which is good, and having the receiver come from the same manufacturer helps. Grease her up, tap her on. Pics would help you out a lot too

Wow, you're a fart smeller.Barrel in the freezer for an hour or so, upper in tdirect sunlight on a window sill or on a heat vent inside the house. If it still doesn't fit, lightly polish the inside of the upper with a red scothcbrite. DO NOT hit the crown of the barrel with anything to force the barrel in. If you damage the crown, your accuracy just went to shat. A light tap with a rubber hammer is fine, nothing more.

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. ... God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion; what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms.
