Hi, After a 7 month long wait, My delton Upper kit finally shipped. I should be getting it in next week. So I've started searching for other things I need.

Besides assembling the stripped lower, is there anything I should be aware of while putting it all together? Any special tools needed?

I'm starting to research optics, buis, and ammo now. Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.

Can't wait to her up and running.

Is the kit an upper that is already assembled?

If you don't mind me asking, what is your price point for optics and back-up's?

Yes, I got a del-ton M4 rifle upper kit that's assembled.
16" 1x7 Chrome lined
YHM Lightweight FF tube. ( I may change this out later)

It's going on a Sabre XR15 Stripped lower.

Ultimately, I would like an Aimpoint or ACOG, but it's just too expensive for me at the moment. I did notice the Vortex StrikeFire group buy on here and that looks like it'll work for the time being. I guess it was either the StrikeFire or the Sightmark aimpoint clone.

As for backup sights, it has the standard A2 fixed sight. I was thinking about getting the Magpul Rear MBUS.

But to answer your question, cheap as possible but under $300. I'm a bang for your buck kind of person.

Thanks!

Thanks Gmountain, From everything i've read, it seems like the Strikefire will serve me well for my purposes. I was having a real hard time deciding on which clone to get.
