been noticint there's a lack of a decent "current deals" thread here. so lets see if y'all can keep this alive. best deal i got was yesterday mornin when the local wall-e-werld guy called at 7:15 a.m. and told me to get over quick. he just got in and had several 45 acp and 38 spl 100 round value packs on the shelf. i got 2 of each and left plenty for everyone else. each box was only $29.97 for a grand total of $128.27 that's $.32 a pop after tax. and ombexpress shows 223 ranger in stock for $11.11 for a 20 pack

Sadly, now-a-days that's becoming average, though I wouldn't call it a "deal"

Was just about to place an order with them at the 1st of the month, but then I lost my job and all orders were canceled. I've heard nothing but good reviews about their ammo though and they are still advertising at something like $375/k. No gouging going on there at all.

some of us don't have a cabellas in our area. down here there's walmart and bass pro. anything else is a private owned fun store and i don't even ask about their prices there anymore.

Palmetto posted Brown Bear 55gr FMJ for $139/500 and wolf military classic $145/500. that's a couple bucks less than just a few days ago. As far as I know they're still doing their $12/case shipping.

I just lucked into 5 boxes of the Federal .223 55gr 100 round value packs at Walmart. $37.99 a box. That is cheaper than I have been finding PMC. I am a big proponent of patronizing my local gun shop, but saving over $.12 a round is important too!

It pays off to do random drop ins when driving by stores that have ammo for sale. While I was there, somebody was buying the last of the 9mm value packs that were in the case... However, they had more stock than I have seen lately.

Autrey's thumb.gif in Fayetteville Ga is starting to have a lot more ammo in stock. Lots of PMC and Wolf. Hopefully the price will start coming down as the supply returns.
