i'm 6'3 160# and i've found 4 o clock IWB to work out pretty well for me. you still gotta be careful of your shirt catching on it, but i don't know of an ideal way for stick figures to ccw. it's hard.

I weigh the same as you, and an inch taller. I find it fairly easy.. tho depends on your clothes.

Winter time is easy. Right now my nice sweatshirt covers it up. But summer time can be a PITA. I found wearing a t-shirt, with a button dress shirt, un-tucked and button only the first two at the bottom, or leave the two at top provides good style, and easy way to conceal, while keeping fairly cool.
