well, im waiting to order a minotaur M-tac, or spartan holster. im leaning towards the spartan because its thiner, just slightly, and cost much less. i dont need the extra leather all over it. but this raises a question.

im a skinny guy. 6'5 at 155-160lbs. i dont wear OVERLY large clothes. so this limits the amount of places i can carry. the gun will be a glock 26, with or without a pinky extension. (i use to have a 27 with extension, but the .40s/w needed it, im not sure if the 9mm 26 WILL need one)

im thinking "mexican" carry might suit me best, or a 2-3 oclock position. how many of you guys carry in these areas, and if your around my build what do you do?

luckily im not in florida anymore, so this lends about half the year were ill be in a jacket or coat of some sort, versus shorts all year round, in florida.. lol

i'm 6'3 160# and i've found 4 o clock IWB to work out pretty well for me. you still gotta be careful of your shirt catching on it, but i don't know of an ideal way for stick figures to ccw. it's hard.

A derogatory term for sticking it in the front waistband of your pants. As opposed to appendix carry with a holster in the same position.

I thought it was carried out of holster, in the small of your back.. At least that's what I was told. I guess it can go both ways tho?? Any style, out of holster? CONFUS12.gif

I weigh the same as you, and an inch taller. I find it fairly easy.. tho depends on your clothes.

Winter time is easy. Right now my nice sweatshirt covers it up. But summer time can be a PITA. I found wearing a t-shirt, with a button dress shirt, un-tucked and button only the first two at the bottom, or leave the two at top provides good style, and easy way to conceal, while keeping fairly cool.
