Midway, Graff & Sons, and Cabellas are my usual stops.
Swager, a good low cost option is RCBS (make sure to get the kit with both lrg and small pocket swager) its sold individually or both. Of course, a reaming tool used with either a drill, hand trimmer, or power trimmer is the cheapest but the Swager is less work. IMHO, Dillon makes about the best Swager but its a tad expensive.
By far, I think the Redding green marble base trickler is the best around. Its weight makes it more stable to work with. The lighter ones tend to take two hands or move around as you crank them.
Scoops, I use my Lee scoops which they sell an entire set for just a few bucks.
