I don't know yet. I'm thinking meatless cheesesteak-mushrooms, cheese, onions, peppers and some french fries.

Ok here's dinner for tonight.

Lasagne made with homemade sauce. Garlic bread, and tossed salad.
Lasagne Filling:
Ricota mixed with fresh basil, mozerella, asiago cheese, garlic and onion powder.
1/2 and 1/2 Ground Round and sweet italian sausage(breakfast sausage).
Sauce:
Tomatoes, spices, 2 kinds of homemade sausage about 1lb each sausage to 6 quarts whole tomatoes.
Boar and Buffalo with spices, to make a hot Italian style sausage,
Boar and Buffalo with spices to make a louisiana style cayenne sausage. (I forget the name)

Layer the lasagne with sauce, cooked lasagne noodles, cheese, meat, repeat 2 more times. I can get 3 layers in a huge baking dish, Put Mozerella on top and bake for 45 min at 350.

MMMMMMMMM!!!!
Garlic bread starts wit a good Italian crusty bread, sliced thin, with garlic paste, onion powder, butter, and parmesan cheese under a broiler for 2-3min untill cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

Now I'm really hungry and got to eat!

I forget what we had last night... something with mashed potatoes...

Tonight we had ceasar salad, pork chops, home fries and garlic bread. thumb.gif
