Glock also makes some plastic knives, I do believe.

I think you can also find some at Cheaper than Dirt.

I had a Boker ceramic bladed knife. Very light and very sharp, but one twist the wrong way and "SNAP!" that was the end of that blade.

They are brittle.

I have always liked push daggers. Here is a neat lil one I have. Its a good compromise between a push dagger and regular knife.

plastic knives are meant as a last ditch that's why they tend to be small knives, that way they can be concealed easier until the opportunity arises for a clean strike

I had forgotten about this actually though I do not if they add metal DO NOT TRY TO CARRY A PLASTIC BLADE ON A PLANE, it is illegal even in your carry on
