It's really cool to see some of these magnificent photographs. It's magical when you stand somewhere and everything around you comes into focus creating an opportunity to capture something so simple and beautiful in a picture. We are very fortunate people to be able to share this with everybody who has internet access. I personally feel blessed by other people's photographic abilities. So, please enjoy the coming photos.

Here's a few shots I've had while backpacking in the red river gorge in KY. I love it there. Not nearly as majestic as Alaska where I'd like to retire, but it'll do for now.

This next one was a rare score....lets see who knows what I got here smile.gif

My work doesn't hold a candle to what others here do, but this is one of my favorites. My wife squirrel hunting on her family's land in Illinois.

Wow... there is some NICE work here! ohmy.gif

Hardly worth comparing, but, here's my new computer wallpaper - sunset on Lake Erie earlier this month, from Angola, NY (I was there for a conference). Made with a 6 year old Kodak cheapie 4 megapixel digital camera.

Dang it you guys are gonna make me pull out my camera and take some photos. Don't think they'll turn out as nice as any of these, I'm no cloe to being a pro.

G26jer the first thing I thought of on the umbrella girl picture..I wonder what he said to get that shot?
"Um yea..I couldn't help but notice you standing over here, I was wondering if I could take your picture?" "I promise not to post it on any guns sites" animlol.gif
I am jealous of the eagle shot, don't know if I'd have had the patience to go and stand there 15 different times, good job.
