I went to the range yesterday to shoot the Delta. I just got it back from "The Action Works" Don Williams and I could not be happier. Here is a list of mods. I did prior to sending to him:

1. Rosewood McCormick grips and stainless hex screws
2. Harrts recoil reducer
3. Wolff 23lb. spring
4. Wilson stainless flat checkered mainspring housing
5. Mag-na-porting

Don performed these mods:

1. Trigger job (4lbs.) and new McCormick aluminum trigger
2. Extended thumb safety
3. Wilson high rise beavertail
4. Stipple front strap

Absolutely fabulous! I have been the original owner of this pistol since 1991 and LOVE it. I really like when the people shooting 3 stalls down at the indoor range come up and go: "What the hell is that-it is LOUD!" and my reply is its a 10MM, and they all go "OH, wow! I have never seen one of those." I was shooting 200gr. Blazers(SUPER clean ammo and very consistant) and UMC 180gr. FMJ(not as clean but consistant and nickle plated for all you reloaders). I also got to try out some 155gr. Gold Dots from Georgia Precision--great ammo and VERY hot! I put 4 out of 5 both group tries free hand touching at 10 yards, very accurate and nickle plated as well. The price is great too-$13.50 a box if you buy 100 rounds. Did I mention I LOVE this gun?

Blazer loads are realtively mild, yet accurate! Enjoy them without concern. The are one of the most frugal of factory rounds!
