I decided I want to go and set up a Trust. My dad is a lawyer and I talked to him about it, and he said he can do it, but he needs to look into if there are any special considerations for a NFA trust.

So what should I tell him to look into, make sure he does, or make sure he does not do?

Thanks guys.

Bud I cannot tell you how to do one since I have no idea, I just bought one from the NFA Gun Trust Lawyer's firm that way I knew it was legal and to the best benefit to me according to the law.

I did do several net searches before hand and with what I had read and seen what was available on the net it was the best decision for anyone to go with a attorney.
