AIM sports long eye relief 2-7 zoom scope complete with mounting kit that goes into the rear sight leaf for $89 for the whole combo.

This thing is crystal clear and very visible rhetical.....had to come straight home and mount it and look through it down the street.

Can't wait till I get it out to the range and get her zeroed in.

While I was there, I also bought some ammo for it....Bulgarian $79.20 for 440 round sealed tin.

Didn't really "forget"....still haven't replaced the digital camera my wife broke on Christmas morning. ohmy.gif

Only thing I have is my cell phone and I hate taking pictures with that.....but I probably should go ahead and break down and snap a few with the phone just to post something...

Yes, please post some pictures. A guy I work with is trying to find a mount and scope for his Mosin. I would really like to hear how well it holds up while shooting also.

Get the S&K mount not the cheapie $15 mounts. The scope is an LER 2-7.

Did you buy this scope mount for a model 38?
S&K Mosin Nagant 91/30 &91/59 Scout Mount
I like the added length of rail and weaver mount for scope or red dot placement. How far is your eye relief? If you have the right distance you can use a pistol scope and that has more field of view at 100 yards than a scout scope like 22' vs 14'. Thanks for the information and website.
