I haven't been able to play with a 5.45 yet, but there are some members who have them. I haven't heard a complaint about C Products 5.45 mags.

They were having some problems with their 5.45x39 mags. I understand they have gotten better. Someone on M4carbine.net was manufacturing a custom follower for the 5.45x39.

I bought a couple of the mags and they work fine, better than the russian ammo in fact.I have only shot around 50 rounds through it so far but the mags fed fine. Some of the russian ammo failed to fire on the first strike.
