In my area a mint 1076 can fetch up to $600 and a like new Delta Elite can bring in $750 to $850 depending on whether it is blued or stainless.

I paid $375 for my 1076 in really great condition, it looked like the LEO only shot it at qualifications...............Just put a #20 recoil spring in it.......I went to a gun show and found a 1006 in great condition again, and he wanted $450 for it, thought it was too much, would have paid $400 for it.......it he has it at the next gun show, might get that one too.....already have 4 10MM's so really don't need it, but it looked pretty good............

Some of these so-called "gunfighters" had better stick to sand blasting and paper targets, they don't shoot back.

Mine was about $400, can't remember exactly, then I had to add a $50 transfer fee, $30 in taxes, and $5 to "safety check" it (Michigan state law).
Durn close to $500, and I only got 2 mags.
I'm calling it an even $500 for a good condition 1076 in my area.

I got my 1076 a few months back from an Allentown, PA policeman. I paid $625 for the gun, 5 mags, a very nice Kramer IWB holster and 80 rounds of HP ammo. The week prior, I'd been out searching the gunstores in the Pottstown area and couldn't find anything worth buying. The ad for the 1076 appeared in the S&W forum and, since I wanted it, I didn't mind paying what the seller was asking.

The KY Imports 1076s are shipping without mags. A buddy found that out the hard way.

Last time I checked (about 6 weeks ago) KY Imports was reporting that they were all out of 1076's. When I ordered mine (about 4 months ago) it came with 1 mag and I ended up ordering an additional 7 magazines. Looks like now the only place to find one is gunbroker or gunsamerica. They seem to be fetching upwards of the high 500's. I am not sure about the status of 10mm mags from KYImports but if they have them I would get them. I called Smith and Wesson the other day and they said that they still have a good amount of the internal parts that are needed for the 1076's but they have no plans to make any more.

Any time you see a Colt delta elite NIB for $575.00 you need to jump on it fast that was a gift at that price ,you are not likely to see one at that price ever again. :(
