The P22 has me interested in a .380 PPK. Anyone have one? They look like handy little guns. A certain coolness factor too.

it worked but god it sucked to take a part and clean. i had some little part fall out of it while cleaning it and after that i got a little twitchy around it. try the Sig .380 better gun IMHO.

I'd pick up a Bersa if I came across one for a good price. Nice little gun.

I had one. It was an unreliable piece of shat. It'd only feed ball ammo and had a nasty habit of not returning to battery because of the loaded chamber indicator.

Never again.

I have shot about 400 rounds of FMJ and 100 Federal Hydro shocks with no problems. I even held it with a weak wrist for 50 rounds, 25 of FMJ, and 25 Federal... I read side by side comparisons before i got mine. All the side by side comparisons with the Walther PPK that i read (witch was around 7-8), said they both was really close to being the same, and some said the Bersa had a better trigger pull.

I got mine for $218 from Academy sports.

Edit: I did red about jamming, but it was a rare factory defect that was covered under warranty. There is some way u can tell by looking at the feed ramp on the gun before you buy it. I don't remember how.

I have a German manufacture PPK/s that I bought new in 1973. My only problem with it is the short backstrap tang. I shoot with a high grip profile and I got the web of my hand bloodied by the hammer every time. (Problem solved on the American made S&W Walthers.) I retired it as a Safe Queen years ago for that reason.
