Good stuff, but if you run a heavy spring/buffer setup, it is a littleweak in the 'ooomph' department - you may have a few fail to cycles with it.
In a standard carbine, with carbine buffer and standard springs, you'll rock & roll all day! Got a few thousand rounds myself, for my M&P15T!

Since we are on the PMC subject, do they still manufacture and sell the PMC that came in the Red, White, Blue box?

I saw a while back, that they are now a Korean company. I don't know if someone in Korea bought them out, or they relocated there. Either way, I don't think they're the same people of the PMC ElDorado Starfire fame some 15 years ago, although I still have a couple hundred rounds of that in .45!
