All of these tests were done using 10% ballistic gelatin provided by Vyse gelatin using all FBI protocols and 4 layers of denim and two layers of light cotton T-shirt in front of the gelatin.

No doubt! That one immediately caught my eye, but I must say that all the 10mm and .45 load look kick ass!

Wow! The magazine in my Delta usually has the 135gr JHPs in it. My back up mags have the 200gr XTPs. I figure if it goes that far I may be shooting through sheetrock or car doors and the 200gr fits the bill for that. It is interesting that the 135 only openned to .70, but the description "nasty frag" makes me wonder... I would love to see photos of the channels left by these rounds, as well as learn what the retained mass was after recoverred.

Thanks again for a great product and great service. I can't think of any of the major companies out there making an effort to get this information to their customers.

Are there any plans to post up pics of the ballistic gelatin and the recovered rounds?

Some folks with a degree in communications and a few years in the Navy several decades ago think they're "The Sh!t" and should be shoo-ins for contract security work overseas. If you were in touch with reality you MIGHT realize that paying your child support is a legal obligation and is not something you can just blow off since you don't like your own kid. So keep on working as a minimum wage security guard on the graveyard shift thinking you're going to go to law school one day. The internet needs morons like you to keep it running.

Mike I still can't get over those incredable performance results. WOW!
How does the Bear Tooth load compare to the 200 XTP. Guess my real question is which one would you carry in the woods for critter protection?

In 10mm? 200gr XTP @ 1250fps - 19.5" / .72" or the BearClaws for that extra edge on penetration. YMMV, but I love me some XTPs.

Wow, good stuff. I'm definitely gonna pick up a box of 165gr Gold Dots for my Glock 20. Maybe some 180gr or 200gr for winter carry (though its usually only about 40 degrees here).

And I think that shows the real inadequecy of the .40 S&W and just how good the 10mm Auto really is.

I need to stock up on 10MM ammo again and I'm considering going to the 180 grain XTP from the 200 XTP I'm currently using. I'm after deep penetration, solid bullet integrity and high energy out to 100 yards. I'm willing to trade off some overall expansion to achieve that.

Any results for THIS LOAD would be much appreciated.

what is the distance and any other barrier when the test was performed? and what about "the box of truth? /www.theboxotruth.com for some testing, he may ask for some sample ammo. and what i am seeing i would recommend 135gr nosler controlled exp, 10mm 165gr. Golden Saber. 10mm 165gr. Speer Gold Dot. 10mm 180gr. Controlled Exp. JHP. 10mm 200gr. Controlled Exp. it would be nice to see a glock 20 and a 1911 platform for the testing. what results would be nice to be posted on his site or on here.. TBOT does not lie.....
this is just a thought
thanks
