As far as I know, state to state laws are only different on concealed carry. Did you buy the AR from a dealer or was it a private transaction? Moving state to state shouldn't matter with a rifle, or a handgun for that matter. As long as it is transported properly (in the box with the ammo separate). Now somewhere like Kalifornia might be different there, but PA is a pro-gun state (dispite our Governor). Selling a rifle in PA person to person does not require a FFL transfer like a handgun does, but I would double check. There are people here that know a lot more than me
