I ordered a few of these for my AR5(.)7 These are aftermarket Korean and I received some good reports about these. All I have is one for the AR . Purchased from Military Gun Supply and CDNN-has anyone tried these aftermarket mags in their AR 57s and if so do these function without hiccups-need to know if I threw my hard earned $ away-a range report would be helpful.

I saw those selling for $25 and change somewhere I need to find them as I need some as well - I haven't heard anything bad yet.

ATI is the importer. We have not used them yet. We have examined them in detail. They seem to be nice well made mags. Korea is not like China, Korean manufacturing is very good in general.

We may be working with ATI more in the future, I disclose this since some may state (like mrmetrosexual) I am being biased.

As soon as we can we will test the heck out of a sample and see what happens.

For starters I like your sig line.

I am not MO but anyway, stating elite ammunition sucks in your sig line could possibly get you banned.

The ones for sale at Military Gun Supply don't appear to be Korean mags - read the descriptions below as taken from their web site:

AR-57 / PS90 50rd Magazine - IN STOCK
$29.95
Brand new 5.7x28mm 50rd Magazines branded with the AR-57 Logo. Don't waste your time with others, these are the only aftermarket magazines guaranteed to work the the AR-57 upper. Will also work with the FN PS90. These are of the same quality you've experienced out of our other Korean magazines. Nothing but the best!

I guess it's down to interpretation of their wording.

To me your bolded sentence would indicate that they are Korean magazines and are of the same quality as their other Korean magazines.

Same. Bold just the word "other", and read it.

There is only one Korean maker and ATI is the soul importer. I am looking for the pics we took of them at the 09NRA show.

Found a few of those things at CDNN and a few @ MGS-both the same-about $30.00 each -and I had to pay the Governor because these outfits are in the same state I am--CDNN is the absolute best though-been getting good stuff from them since '88 and they are reasonable-will be testing these out on Thursday-providing the people in the black robes whom I have to make happy with their deadlines give me a breather-will post a report on these
