Since the weather has sucked for bow hunting lately, and joints are a chorus line of snap-crackle and pop.....I have gotten my bench sorta organized and set up. Have de-capped/resized about 3K of 45ACP, combined that with some that has been sitting forever, for about a total of 5K thru the expander and I just found a 00 buck ammo can filled with already processed stuff. (I didn't realize I had socked away that much brass over the years)
Processed some 10mm. Loaded some .50 Beo to test when I get to the range.
Just realized that I don't have much in the way for .308 projectiles.
Ya'll take care.

If the weather remains bad in your area let me know, I will send you over a few thousand cases to prep and I will go out and arrow a deer for you in return. Do you prefer a buck or a doe? tinybuck.gif

I have been doing the exact opposite, I have been hunting hard every spare moment and my reloading is suffering a little. Most guy's do a the majority of the reloading chores in winter or when the weather is sour but that is when I spend most of my time outdoors.
I try to spend an hour or two a couple of nights a week to stay on top of things but that still isn't enough time to get all of my tasks accomplished.

I just moved into a new house, hence new reloading room. I need to get my new bench built. Have some factory reject counter tops cut and squared away, just need to build the bench! Then i can actually unpack that stuff and start getting situated

At this time I'd take either. But a young doe is really tasty!
I work second shift, so getting up early can be a chore. As I had better luck in the afternoon/evening in the past.
Just received some (.308) Nosler 165gr. Green tips and some Hornady 165 SST's add that to some 168gr CT silvertips all from Midway.
Have to get some more powders for the variaty of bullets that I'm collecting.
And of course more slugs for the .45!
Just found my old box of assorted slugs from a while back.....mostly 10mm, with some .45 along with some more brass!!!
I can do this stuff at night after I get home from work.
Later all,
MikeH

Kinetic bullet puller came with the .308 heads, already made use of it. UPS woke me up at 0700 this a.m., checked the voice mail when i got up at 1100. Package from the Beowulf store in Maine....needs signature.....between 0700and 1700. Wish it had got here before I left for work I'm working up a load for the .50 Beo a 350 gr. Hornady leverevolution, and I needed the new bullet seater so as not to crush the tip.
DR.'s Appt tomorrow might not get it then either. Dang!

Called the local (my side of town) gun club about a membership app. 'Get it filled out and sent in' subscription runs from May-May was all he said. No more .50BMG allowed. (Noise)
Take care guy's,
MikeH

Still in the camera, gotta take time out from hunting. Hunting deer.....hunting car parts........hunting reloading components....(got some more today)
and............hunting my favorite alocholic beverage (after I finish all the other hunting....before I fall asleep)
Will try to get some loaded to my album this week.
