Here's mine!

In March I go to FL for a weeks vacation. Part of that trip was staying with an old friend with the plan for the two of us to go bass fishing while our wives and children went to Disney. Being a week, the wife like most wives packed the kitchen sink so I had no room for tackle so all I took was my four piece backpacking rod and reel. We get ready to go and I put the little rod together. My buddy cracks up telling me what a POS it is. Mind you this was an Eagle Claw $40 pack rod and Bass Pro $40 ballbearing crappie reel. He offers me one of his full size setups which quite frankly were all cheap combos. I declined.

He knows I don't really care for bass fishing and I think they simply taste bad and will hit on anything so he insists I use his bait some over priced local stink plastic worms. I mean like $20 for 10. He's ribbing me and bragging the whole time, but he didn't realize what he was doing. He was like the best fishing guide money could hire as he'd point and say, "I caught a whopper right there!" Everytime he'd brag about a spot, I flick the little ultralight right in the spot.

I totally blew him away, a complete skunk!

Now he wants a rod and reel like mine.
