Hi Guys need some help. Been shooting a friends Armalite AR-10 and we both can hit a group a quarter size at 100yds. Now the problem when we use a new Elite Iron Bravo suppressor and 150 grain Hornady set and indexed correctly where its goes nobody knows. Even with 4 complete rotations on the elevation on the Leopold scope the accuracy has gone in fact it hits the dirt at 50 yds with the aim point being 100yds. We knew the point of impact would change with the suppressor but! Any help and suggestions please as this is just plain frustrating.

Any signs of bullet striking the can?

I hate to hear about the can performing so badly. I think it is called a Baffle Strike, I just got back into the Silencer game myself and I am thrilled I went with the SAS can, where I am hitting at without the Silencer is where I hit when the Silencer is on one of my rifles.
Now I am shooting 5.56 which is much smaller than the AR-10, but still you should not have a can performing that badly I would send it back to the manufacturer and tell them to send me a new can with the same serial number on it, that way no more paperwork is involved.

baffle strikin would be relatively simple to recognize in AR10 here's a good bad example not hard at all to recognize that's a very catastrophic one, normally though you'll just get a slight strike or tap the end cap, that one looked like he hit an early baffle, either way I wouldn't shoot it anymore with the round drop yer claiming send it back to them for inspection and/or replacing
