I had an IGB barrel in 357 SIG for my Steyr M-A1. Worked great. I bought it second hand and it was quite expensive, but the only option I had for getting a 357 SIG conversion barrel for my Steyr. I'm not a good enough shot to make any claims about the accuracy, but the quality and function were excellent.
