Ive been lurking around and finally decided to join.
Im starting my first ar build. I picked up a DPMS lower with the DPMS lower kit already installed from a local shop/friend of mine last night, for a Birthday gift to myself. Part of me just wanted to go ahead and get a lower in case of a repeat of 1994, one that might be permanent. I am hoping to have it all together by march, when it starts to get warmer out. Im not really new to guns, but this will be my first one (family members in the service and on local PDs my whole life) and soon a XD9 sub compact will follow for my carry weapon. I think thats all.
