SAGINAW SG
IBM
UNDERWOOD

Production totals:

NATIONAL POSTAL METER -412,778
SAGINAW SG- 293,592
IBM- 346,500
UNDERWOOD-545,616
QUALITY HARDWARE-359,666

If it was me, I'd go with the Saginaw, and then the IBM, just because of the low production numbers. The guns will have mixmaster parts anyway, but it's fun to search out parts.
