My wife just put a stag model 3 on layaway for me for christmas. YAY. Anyway It is optics ready. No sights at all. I don't have the money right now for a high dollar optics set up. Is there a decent low buck optics setup out there? Something i can put on there for the time being so I can put some rounds down range? flea.gif

I would highly suggest getting some flip up iron sights as your first sights. I have no sights on mine right now, I only have an EoTech, but I really wish I had flipup sights.

That way, if you get optics in the future, you can slap them on and fold the iron sights down so they are out of the way.

i second this opinion. you will need BUIS (back up iron sights) one day anyway in case your optic dies, so why not just get them now?
