Preferably, the AR you bought!
Golani's were welded together by the notorious monkeys at Century, which means,
you rolls da' dice - ya' takes ya' chances on QC. It
might shoot straight, or it might
fly apart on the first trigger squeeze - one never knows!
Moreover, the 35 round mags for it are nominally scarce, and while solid pieces of kit (moreso than AR mags), they are more expensive and harder to scrounge if the SHTF. Were someone to make a Golani that took AR mags, that WOULD be quite the weapon then, but on the whole, you're better off with a decent AR for your .223 delivery needs.
