Well I got a deal on a Lone Wolf Dist. 9x25Dillon conversion barrel for my G-29. The barrel fit is great, chamber is good and tight(I'll have to give it a test to see if it is too tight) but it should provide for functional shooting. I'll be loading a few to run some more test, hopefully the weather will get a little cooler soon!

I really thing the longer barrels would be a better option for this caliber, but with some time and development I maybe able to dial something in for this shorter barrel(3.78" stock length)

You are right, I think all that powder capacity is better suited to a longer barrel.

Doesn't mean it won't be fun and functional in a short barrel. I'd want one too!
