Your friend must be an SOT holder.

I got to shoot one once. It has an amazingly high cyclic rate. It shot all 30 rounds before the first spent casing hit the floor.

Thanks for the pics! thumbsup.gif

judging from replies here, i am guessing that you and i cannot own one of these? it is not the same process as acquiring a m-16 or other F/A?

correct. the glock 18 is not available as a transferable.

there might be a g17 conversion or two out there, though.

It's nice to have one for sure. But can't control the darn thing when full auto.
I would take a subgun over G18 any day of the week and twice on Sunday. smile.gif

Contrary to popular belief, they are VERY controllable on F/A...here's a few vids

Controllable enough that you can even shoot it gangsta style

...and hit what you're aiming at. All rounds impacted a standard silhouette target at ~10yd

Am i wrong or is it possible to convert a Glock 19 to full auto? I'm pretty sure I have seen the part (selector switch?) for sale in Germany.

You can. However, it's illegal as all hell unless you're a licensed manufacturer. We don't discuss how to do such things here.
