Anyone got a Garand book handy

I cannot find mine, I am looking for the date of introduction of the M1D. Seems they were too late for WWII. Also were they all made by SA or are there other makers that were later converted?

I get it when I get home. Can't recollect the date but I've seen wra, Ih, h.r.,and sa. Plus a couple Israli H.R.
