How does the leather work against your bare flesh in the summer when it's hot and sticky out??

Thinking about getting one for a 1911, but don't know if I'd be better off with the CTAC as if the leather get's sweaty & nasty I'd rather stay with the CTAC.

Thoughts???

i was under the impression the mtac had the "moleskin" on the body side, and leather on the weapon side. thus it would be just like the ctac in the summer...

Don't remember if it's just leather or if comes with the moleskin, or if that's something you can add to it, I know ya can add it to the CTAC and make it more comfy, but there again how does it work in the summer when it's hot and sweaty....

I do love my CTAC with the Sig 239, but then again the 239 is a small pistol compared to a 1911..

Mine has never really gotten sweaty and nasty, but I generally don't sweat a ton.
