I have been talking with Neil about carry handle mounted optic options for a 20" A2. It doesn't have to be some sort of sniper grade scope to reach out and touch someone. It will be a battle rifle instead of precision work. What suggestions do you all have on about a $500 budget?

Sorry it took me so long to post a second reply. If you have other AR's put a nive varment scope and a bi-pod. Let's bust some prairie dogs. I love my holosight on my 16"er but I like to hunt pigs and other small game with my 20" er. Good luck.
