From what I know, Sako, benelli, stoeger and Tika are all owned by the same company.

I'm not sure if Tikka and Sako have merged, but their action designs are similar and they are both imported by Beretta USA, which also imports Stoeger and Benelli.

I picked up this remington 700ss 5r yesterday taking it to the range this afternoon.
