Okay, I'll admit that I'm a newbie to NFA toys. I just got my first, an SBR AR 11.5" bbl.

I have two questions:

1) ORC defines any firearm that can fire more than 31 rds w/o reloading as a full auto. Since the lower is already registered and a title II after the approval of the Form 1, can I legally use a Beta C Mag?

2) How can OH redefine ATF's definition? ATF considers a full auto a firearm that fires more than one rd w/ a single trigger pull.

WTF. That is crazy. Well it is Ohio. Basically the way that law reads my bro's semi auto with a beta is illegal. Oh well. Give em the ammo first when they come for it.
