Hint- wrap the corn with bacon covering as much corn as possible, then wrap in foil. The corn takes longer to cook then the bacon. Remove foil to brown the bacon, should only take 10 minutes to brown.

I get a dry rub from a friend in Georgia who makes his own.

Rub the ribs, try to do it a day before making, but even an hour before will help.

Smoke for 3 hours at 200*, then wrap in foil with some apple juice added, smoke another 2 hours, then place back on smoker grill for 1 hour and add anykind of bbq sauce you like. I use Sweet Baby Ray's.
