What did you use to season the ribs
I get a dry rub from a friend in Georgia who makes his own.
his bbq siteRub the ribs, try to do it a day before making, but even an hour before will help.
Smoke for 3 hours at 200*, then wrap in foil with some apple juice added, smoke another 2 hours, then place back on smoker grill for 1 hour and add anykind of bbq sauce you like. I use Sweet Baby Ray's.
