I have had the good fortune to use the BVAC Ammo. I bought it though the BVAC Ammo Factoy outlet store in Missoula, MT. There stuff is really good, and prices are even better. They use good components to build there ammo, this was very important to me because I shoot a lot. I would recommend purchasing through the Factory Outlet store to anyone. They do a good job and are very professional.

They sent me the specs for their 180gr load.

(10mm) 180 gr. HP/XTP at 1150 fps 528.5 (Ft/Lbs)

About what the DT 180gr is after traveling 100 yds.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and I found it from a link on 1911forum.com. Great bunch of guys over there!

I bought 4 boxes of BVAC FMJ at my local gun shop for $22.95 each and a box of JHP for $23.95. I shot a box of the FMJ the other day and it seemed fine. I've got nothing to compare it to as this was the first time shooting my new Dan Wesson RZ 10 and must say I didn't think it kicked as much as I expected. I then shot 10 rounds of the Buffalo Bore ammo I bought at Cabela's and I was like "holy shat!" That's one hot round! I meant to shot the JHP of the BVAC, but I forgot to. Would you say the JHP is any hotter of a load than the FMJ? I could get some more from the gun shop and I'd like to know if you guys think I should jump on it or not?
