Which one is the correct one to submit? I dont want to drop the wrong form and add to the back up time. version 1 comes from the atf site but if you go through the atf site it says the form has been removed and you have to order it. I found it through a google search. The bottom of version 2 sais previous version obsolete but does not have a version date on it.

Version 1 = 2007 Version 2 = 2004
When in doubt, go with the latest, and directly from the Gov's website.

Well it took the ATF a week to get back to me and here is the verdict.
Both of these forms are outdated and they are sending me a form 1 packet with the current form. I will leave the links hot so anybody that stumbles by these will know that they are outdated and not to use them.

Yes I am doing the form 1 for the SBR. If you can find a number for a local BAFTE office you may get it quicker. I sent the email and it took them about a week to get back with me. FES Division is the department that returned my email. I would really not like to post the individuals email address on a public forum.
