Even if helmets were not mandatory here, I'd still wear one.

I used to have a 1994 Softail Heritage Classic. I replaced the soft bags with hard bags from a 1972 FLH, and added the 5-gallon tanks, headlight nacelle, dual exhaust, police saddle, beaded windshield, and other nik-naks to add a more vintage appearance. From a distance, it almost looked like an old panhead. When I sold it, it have over 80,000 miles on it, and it had served as my only form of transportation for over ten years. I ended up selling it to a guy in DFW and I think he ruined it by adding a trunk and ape-hanger handle bars.

When it was new in March of 1994:

When I sold it in 2004:

I also had a Excelsior-Henderson. THAT was a mistake...

I don't have pics of all of them but here is what I can find.

2002 Honda 919 current bike

With bags on

1999 Kawi ZRX 1100 My favorite...

1985 Shadow 1100 bought it as a in between bikes bike. Handled great for a cruiser.

2001 GSXR 750 crashed repaired and sold.

Here is what it is supposed to look like. Never got any after pics, but it was perfect again when I was done.

1992 Kawi Zephyr 1100 pic is of the same model but not mine. Mine was mint

1990 ZX 1100 another pilfered pic but I had one like it.
