If anyone knows if Sabre Defense machines their own forgings please post here and I'll update the list.

Also, someone said they took a recent tour of Armalite and noticed they had the CNC type machining running. I don't know to what extent so I'm sure the above list is still 100% accurate.

I was told by my local dealer that Sabre make their own in Nashville. He said he got that straight from Sabre.

Check this out, a bit off topic really.

According to my sales guy, their lowers are CNC machined here in Nashville. I drive over there to their facility in Nashville and pick them up after I fax/e-mail my latest orders to them. It's a beautiful sight to pick up a case of 10 or so.

Falcon,

Thank you for this compilation. Did you get the info directly from the manufacturers?

Im sure that Sabar makes their own. I think American Rifleman TV was talking about their new guns and that everything is made in house.

I also just bought an Essential Arms lower. I will know more about what it looks like in a few days when it comes in. The lower was 77.00 buck and add 3.00 bucks for tough coat. The total came to 94 bucks for a lower forged receiver. I will pay 22.00 for the transfer. I cant wait to build.

I also like the list Im printing it out.

I'll not argue the quality of Cavarms and their lowers, I just think the stock is a tad short for my liking...
