Dave, when you are talking about your "piggy", do you mean a pigtail gas-tube or a KX3 flash suppressor?

My new Addax 16'' 6.8SPCII Mid-length.

I'm still waiting on funds for back up front and back sights, more mags, ammo, and some kind of sling mount so I can attach a single point sling. Otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.

Here are my 2. Both Charles Daly. First one, CDM4LE, with a Burris 3x9. No other add on's yet. Have a quad rail coming in next week, along with a Tango Down grip.

Second one is a DV 24 that I just took Delivery and installed a Burris 4.5x14. Going to range this weekend.

The M4 so far shoots XM193 the best with 1-1/8" groups. Most other ammo is in the 2 to 3 inch range, off a bench with sand bags. So, I'm hoping the DV 24 is sub MOA

What do you mean by, "16.5 total until the C&R gets here?"

I hope you have that AAC flash hider permanently mounted. ;)

man you better get that YHM perm attached quick or they will get you and the weapon!!! It doesnt matter if you have a C&R or not! The only thing a C&R is good for is curios and relics! That is not a curio or a relic. I know I am a FFL dealer. You will need to fill out a form 1 and a form 4 to have it under 16 inches without perm attached muzzle device and the can you mentioned! I think there is a link on here somewhere that you can find the forms,if not go to the BATFE website and get them there. Until you do that and it comes back approved you better take that rifle to a gunsmith and have him weld that YHM onto the barrel! Its not worth losing your weapons ,freedom,or money! Other than that nice looking weapon and good job! Ask TS or one of the staff and they will tell you where you can get the appropriate forms that you need.

Actually, he will only need a Form 1 to build an SBR, not a Form 1 and Form 4.

We don't know that it's not permanently attached. He may have meant Form 1 instead of C&R. If it's not perm attached he knows about it and we can stop assuming that he has an illegal weapon. Suggesting that it is illegal may bring down ATF scrutiny on an innocent guy.
