After a quite a few years of married life a man found himself unable to perform for his wife.
He went to several doctors with no results at all. One doctor told him thats it was all in his head and told him to see a psychiatrist.
After a few sessions with the shrink he was told that there was nothing he could do and told him to seek out a witch doctor.
He found a witch doctor that could help him. he threw some powder into a hot burning flame and there was a huge blue flash with billowing blue smoke. The witch doctor had him inhale the smoke 3 times.
The medicine man then told him "This is a powerfull healing, but can only be used once a year! All you have to do is say 123 and it will rise and remain that way as long as you wish."
The guy asked the doctor"What happens when it's all over?"
The witch doctor told him "It is simple, all you or your partner has to do is say '1234' and it will go down, but once again I have to tell you this is powerfull medicine and can only be used once a year!"

Later that night when he and his wife settled in bed he whispered softly "123" and he was instantly greeted by a massive erection and was ready to suprise his wife beyind her wildest imaginations.
She leaned over and say's"What did you just say 123 for?"
